Everyone is super friendly to both us and more importantly our dog! Our pup got mange and had to go in for a few treatments. Not the cheapest thing ever, but thats more of a function of the times then a negative of the vet. Originally called for three treatments but it cleared up after only two. This office wants your dog to be healthy and happily works with Pet RX companies online and other local pharmacies to fulfill your prescriptions - no pressure to buy from them, although their prices on medicines seem to be very competitive. If you've taken your dog to a vet, you know how they drag their feet in fear as they realize where they're going. We've never had that happen here, even after our dog had to have some of her skin scraped off for the mange treatment. I think her (our dog's) attitude towards the people at this office and the vet says enough for me.
