I've been taking my dog here for about 2 months a few times a week. He gets so excited when we walk up and is always looking back with we leave. The staff is always clearly willing to go above and beyond and gives me great peace of mind while I am at work for the day. Great place and I would highly recommend

Visited Colonial Williamsburg and needed a safe, comfortable space for my dog while we toured the town. Louie spent time in daycare and in a private suite overnight. Drop-off and pickup hours worked in our schedule and we picked him up the second day about 3:30pm. While there he had nail trim (just something I don't do very well). They offer a discount on daycare if you stay overnight. The farm "country" location, off the main road makes this a top daycare / boarding facility. Others seem to agree and the location has won awards for its service.

The Pet Resort at Greenprings is a wonderful and safe place for your pet to stay. We have been going there for over 6 years and have alway been pleased with their excellent level of service but most importantly their compassion and kindness with our dogs. Would highly recommend to everyone

Have been using Greensprings Pet Resort since 2006, and they have been consistently helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. That includes some short-notice boarding stays on busy holidays! (Not recommended, make your reservation.) Our dog loves it there, and always come back a) smelling good and b) tired, which we think means she gets her exercise! I've never taken our dog elsewhere, so I can't offer comparisons, but GPR takes good care of us, so we're loyal customers.

My husband and I were greeted so poorly this morning at The Pet Resort, I will never recommend or visit this place again. The lady in front desk was so dismissive toward us, she did not even make eye contact or greeted us properly when we came in. First impressions are very important for any business, I suggest staff be trained properly to greet and attend possible clients.
