About two years ago our elderly guinea pig was very ill. We asked if they saw/ had experience with them and they had said they're not specialist but they had lots of experience and could help. So after an hour n a half with a dying pet and my wife and daughters crying with uncertainty they said can't help you and that will be $350, go see a specialist. After gritting my teeth we took him to blue ridge emergency vet where we have gone before, within five minutes they notified us he had cancer and because of there metabolism once it starts there's almost no catching it. Visitation fee was waived and I was only charged for putting him to sleep. That shows real knowledge and professionalism. At banfeild they work for a big box store and seem to provide the same level of personal care. None.

Will never bring my cat here ever again. Dr Saini is rude and unhelpful. The vet techs there are awesome and really care about the pets but that would never make up for how awful the vet is there. Take anywhere else if possible.

I will never step foot in a Banfield vet especially this one. I have a puppy with Parvo &&as we all know its very deadly. They gave him a Parvo test and he tested positive, I asked what my options were. I proceeded to tell them I wouldn't get paid until Friday. They then ended the conversation and then showed me where the exit door was. I have never had a Parvo puppy so I was completely lost, crying my eyes, holding a puppy that was on his death bed. So I called the Berryville Ave Vet and they looked him over and said as long as he's not vomiting and taking food he will pull through. They gave me hope and genuinely cared for my puppy instead of slapping me with a $1500 estimate and showing me the door.

Front desk staff is awesome-very friendly. Vet assistants are great with your pets. Doctors are knowledgeable and professional, but tend to suggest treatments that are both unnecessary and expensive. When I got my pet's teeth cleaned, they added another $80 procedure without telling me before hand..just assumed I would be fine with it.

My dog was seen here under the pup insurance. They gave him shots without my permission, when i found out i complained and never heard anything back from them. I cancelled my policy with them and they continue to bill me!
