On my first visit to the clinic I was greeted with unprofessional staff members gossiping about one another. One staff member said, the vet wouldn't want to see my dog so late in the day even though I had an appointment two hours before close and there were no other patients. The receptionist was nice and got my paperwork together to fill out. Before we were even done, my dog was ushered into an exam room and someone who didn't even identity themselves came in to take his temperature and confirm his name. When asked what issues he has had, she was rude and snarked at me when I told her my dog suffered from allergies. The vet then preceded to come in, and list numerous medications my dog needed without a proper exam or look through. She didn't answer any of questions or concerns we had. Again during checkout, there were employees complaining to one another about other staff and their schedules. When the bill came I was floored. It was $100 more for the same medications we have previously used at our old vet in another state. In closing everyone was unprofessional or rude and took no time to make us feel welcomed. They are overpriced and seem not to care about your pets. We've since found a new vet in the area!
