I have 3 dogs. I used to love the place, but lately the head receptionist has really started rubbing me wrong. she is rude, and she cuts you off quickly and without thought. If you go to ask a question she litterally huffs, and gets nasty, and will put you on hold if your on the phone, or just start ignoring you if you are there in person. I understand that they are busy, BUT any more if you have a 1:00 PM appointment, you are lucky if the vet gets into that tiny room by 2:00PM...by this point your tired, your dog is tired, and your hot because those rooms dont seem to have any air conditioning in them. What makes it worse is, you can hear the staff laughing and carying on in the back, eating, or drinking or just having some great conversation with each other. (and yes, the vets are right in there with them.) Considering that when its shot time, I always spend over 200 plus dollars. I would think that considering we probably put out more than $1,000 plus per year with them that we could get better service. I'm actually looking for a friendlier vets office thats not going to leave you hanging and let you know if there is an emergency if you have waited more than 15 min past your appointment time.
