Not to get personal, but Christmas day 2013 was a dreadful day for me. My dog suffered a serious attack and thankfully this place was open. The staff was kind and understanding to the stress I was going through. Treated like the true emergency it was, they did everything they could for my dog including running some procedures pro-bono. Unfortunately, my dog didn't make it, but I'll never forget how caring the staff here was; they even sent me a "Sorry for your loss" card signed by everyone. Hopefully I never have to go through that again, but they helped me through it and probably didn't even know.

I had to take an unusual pet (turtle) here on a Saturday and was pleased at the helpfulness of the veterinarian on staff that day. He definitely had his hands full as both a baby fox and baby racoon were brought in while I was there. This vet took all of these unique cases in stride and was very helpful with my mind-boggling "turtle issue" and offered contact information for some turtle specialist in the area. Great staff at a great clinic.
