The staff at Cats Vermont were kind, courteous and genuinely cared about my pet. I brought my cat to them to be dematted, as they are one of very, very few places to get this done. (Most just want to do a'lion cut'.) They explained what the procedure would entail and delivered exactly what they promised. I would highly recommend them to anyone who truly cares about their cat.

Very reasonably priced, and the staff here really does care about our kitties. We can get appointments really fast for medical issues that arise (worms, injuries). One of the techs is a little aloof, but she's professional, and the rest of the staff is amazing, and knows our cats and their unique personalities. Don't be dissuaded by some of the negative reviews, they are great.
