These folks are downright fantastic, reasonable, caring, accommodating, straightforward, and they remember you and your pet. Hands down the best vets I've ever dealt with in the last decade. Would recommend to any pet owner.

When I adopted my cat a few years back - I brought her to the ONE Vet Clinic for a check-up simply because of location (they're just a few blocks away); I could not have asked for a nicer, more helpful, clinic and will continue bring her there for as long as I possibly can. You can tell they genuinely care for animals - and they're very tolerable of my grumpy cat who doesn't like vet visits. They did an amazing job working with me on solving the problem of a flea allergy about a year back; despite what seemed like our near constant visits. If you're able to get in (last time I checked they were booked solid) - I'd highly recommend them.

Dr. McMillan is the best there is in the Burlington area. Loving and kind to both animals and humans. My almost 7 and almost 6 year old cats have only ever seen her and my new kitten will see her as well. Top notch care for your pets.

Susan McMillan is the vet at The Old North End Vet Clinic. Don't let the name fool you! We have had pets for over 20 years and had many vets. She is the most professional, thorough and kind vet our animals have ever had. She truly cares about the animal and knows her stuff. The animals love her. I would recommend her to anyone even if they do not need a clinic. Your pets could not be in better hands. -Linda
