I have always had good experiences at this clinic. From the front desk staff to the vet techs to the veterinarians (we see Dr. Sevy, highly recommend!) everyone is wonderful to work with. Very friendly and helpful! This is a really great place.

Staff is very friendly! Vets are good at what they do we took our dog there after other vets couldn't figure out what was going on with him and Vergennes figured it out on the first visit!

I am very dissapointed with my latest visit. The young lady who brought myself and our dog in was very nice and obviously loves animals which was great. The care for the dog seemed good as well. The issue I have is that a "Wellness" check up and "Vaccinations" were qouted to me as being about $110, which is accurate. While in the exam room I was told we should do a simple blood test and wanted growth checked, which seemed fair. When I was done the visit I was presented a bill for $355 !! When I asked if this was correct the nice woman at the desk checked with the Vetrinarian out back and came back and gave me my change and a copy of the bill. I actually felt bad for her as it was quite obvious she felt the bill was excessive as well as she said she was "sorry". I'm sure she unfortunately has to be the person who has to present these bills to unexpecting customers. I was shocked that the Vet didn't even come out to explain or discuss the bill with a customer. I know if I someone was quoted one amount for a repair or service and then was never given an idea of how much more certain thing would cost they would certainly be shocked when it was over three times the amount. Obviously I paid the bill in full but definitely not pleased with the slight of hand billing approach.
