On the day that I had an appointment with Dr. Hoy, I was over an hour late. I did call on-route, to let them know, so they could reappoint me, if necessary. There was no question about reappointing!! My little Rat Terrier was treated like he was the first patient of the day, not the last!! At that, in order to see him and give him the necessary testing, the doctor was late leaving the office to pick up her child at day care!! But, my little guy got the best care he could have!! EVERYONE from the receptionists, to the nurse, to the doctor treated my little guy with TLC! When I picked him up after the tests, I was told that EVERYONE had fallen in love with him!! I highly recommend this practice for emergency care or just acute eye problems, which is why we went to see Dr. Hoy. Was it expensive?? Not for the treatment he got!! It wasn't cheap, either, but some of us don't question paying for good veterinary care!!

My beloved dog received excellent treatment at this emergency vet, and on a Sunday night, a time when you might not expect the best. Everyone who worked there was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient and made my dog (who had a serious leg injury) feel safe and comforted (owners too!). We were in and out in under an hour. Yes, the prices are high but the same is true for any emergency vet. I'm sorry to hear that others had unpleasant experiences here but I assure you that my husband and I were extremely satisfied with the treatment our dog received, and very relieved to find such good care when we were so far from home.

My cat had been acting strange, but I wasn't quite sure what was wrong. On Sunday morning he peed on the floor and when I cleaned it up, I realized there was blood in his urine. I was a little nervous about bringing him to BEVS because of some of the other reviews. However, I didn't have much of a choice since they were the only place open. I was not only pleased with the service but the bill was extremely reasonable. The vet took plenty of time to talk to me and explained what to look for in the future to help prevent emergency visits and to save us money. They were very sweet to my cat and sensitive to my level of worry!

I took my lab here one night after he started acting strange. Our great service began when I called before going in and spoke to a very nice woman who advised me of a few different things that could be causing my dog to not be himself. She took the time to talk to me and didn't rush me off the phone. I ended up taking my dog in. We were greeted, treated, informed, and very well taken care of. My dog loved all of the ladies that took care of him, which usually doesn't happen when we go into a vets office. Granted we paid a small price, but it is emergency service after all and to me it's worth it to make sure he is okay and healthy. I would highly recommend BEVS to anyone seeking emergency medical care for their pet. Thank you!
