I could not write a more glowing review of the care and service we have received by this office. The Dr's and staff are outstanding. They are professional, compassionate and very service oriented. We have had everything from surgery to wellness visits and one beloved dog and cat receive end-of-life care. Dr Bruce could not have been more compassionate and caring. I am a healthcare professional and believe this is a first class clinic.

We went to this vet for a couple of years because we were new to the area and had heard from some neighbors that it was good. We had two Italian Greyhounds at the time, and one of them started putting on massive amounts of weight. (Normally 9lbs, ballooned up to 24lbs.) We took her in repeatedly, and every single time they just told us to put her on a diet. We put her on diet after diet but nothing worked. Her symptoms kept piling up but the vet seemed sure that her issues were because of her weight and age and didn't seem concerned. She started acting really lethargic one day and since Crossroads didn't have any open appointments we took her to another nearby vet. When we told them the same things we had told the vet at Crossroads, they immediately ran multiple tests. Turns out her kidneys had been slowly failing, she had diabetes, a severe hormone problem, and several other undiagnosed health problems that had never been caught. We had taken her in for her yearly checkup at Crossroads a week or two before this, and nobody had been concerned. We ended up with $8000+ in vet bills from an emergency vet, and our dog still ended up having to be put to sleep because it was so bad. I immediately switched vets for my other dogs, and I will never be returning. The fact that her issues were able to escalate to that point without any concern from the vet or any tests being run is absolutely ridiculous. These were not issues that happened overnight, but things that had been going on for years. I would not recommend this vet to anyone.

To say Crossroads Vet is good is a massive understatement. I normally don't take the time to do reviews, but these guys are so great I felt it was worth telling people! Crossroads Vet is amazing! The entire staff is professional kind and caring. It can be very hard finding a good vet and I can say even if I move cities away my animals will be going to see Dr. Hineline forever! Dr. Hineline is extremely insightful knowledgeable and informational. Aly usually runs the front there and she is also great along with all of the other staff as well! I would refer any person to Crossroads Vet and I have no doubt anybody will consider going anywhere else after just one visit! Just know you are doing yourself a disservice if you are going anywhere else!

If you've got a sick chicken and you live in Western Washington, this is the place to go. Dr. Bruce is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. He is gentle with the birds and does the exam in the room so you can watch procedures and learn. And, he kindly answers *all* of my questions (yes, I have a lot of questions). In my experience, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Love the techs/assistants. No one ever treats my girls like they're "just chickens". The office is nice and clean, prices are reasonable. So, it's worth it to me to make the hour drive to bring my chickens (5 so far) to someone I trust. Many thanks to Dr. Bruce for saving the life of my little June-bug today. We're not out of the woods yet but she's eating on her own and feeling so much better. Sick chicken? Go see Dr. Bruce.

Been to a lot of vets in Washington as I have moved all over the state. This vet is by far the best I have ever been to. Always friendly staff and Dr. Bruce is always a straight shooter. Don't go anywhere else!
