We have been taking our dogs to this clinic for the past 12 years. We love our dogs and have been completely satisfied with the care provided by Dr Bowerman and company. Other vets pressure owners to treat their pets as people. They aren't. This clinic provides owners with options to chose from with no judgements rendered. For example, our dog has allergies. Drs Wallingford and Bowerman laid out some options for me to chose from from altering the diet (which we did first) to testing (second) to weekly shots (not for us) or occasional cortesone pills (our choice). Dr Bowerman explained the options and their consequences. We chose the option that seemed to deal with our dog's and family's needs best. I appreciated the approach. I recommend Cat and Dog Clinic of Bellevue very highly.

I found Dr. Kit Bowerman at the Cat & Dog Clinic of Bellevue through the Bulldog Club of America as a Vet that specializes in Bulldogs and is familiar with their problems. What a great find! Dr. Bowerman is very knowledgeable, and works with you in keeping your dog healthy. I had been going to Redwood Vet Hospital in Redmond previously, but switched once they became a VCA hospital. Sorry, but I do not need Venture Capitalists telling the Vets how to do their job!

We have been going there for over 20 years. Dr. Bowerman and the staff are very friendly and very kind to our dogs. They are respectful of the number of tests they perform -- usually Dr. Bowerman says lets wait and see what happens. Only when necessary does he do more. When our dog Lily was in her last days, she had to stay there to get her blood sugar up and apparently she messed herself pretty badly. They cleaned her right up -- no problem. When she and a couple other of my dogs have passed away, they sent sympathy cards with a hand written message talking about the experiences they had had with my pet..

I take my cats there and I am always happy with them.
