Been here twice since getting my cat Jerry. They've been very flexible on scheduling - no penalty when I missed an appointment due to Jerry hiding and no extra fee when I brought him in last minute due to a medical concern. They're very kind and patient with a difficult cat and helped select a treatment which was easier to administer. Clearly they love pets and take great care of them!
