We are very happy with the service here at Loyal Family Veterinary Hospital. We actually followed Dr. Newby here from her previous practice and couldn't be happier with the move. She follows up with us in detail after every visit and makes herself available to chat whenever we need her. When Kenya, our aging cattle dog, was having a particularly rough time, Dr. Newby even called us while she was out camping to check in and make sure that things were going well. We feel like she is personally invested in the well-being of our four-legged family member and wouldn't take her to see anyone else. The staff at the front desk has always been very friendly and professional. There is a very quick turnaround for setting appointments and if they don't have a medication that you need, they will find it for you, even if it means sending you to another veterinarian's office so that you don't have to wait. We are incredibly satisfied with our experience at Loyal Family and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new vet.

Dr. Rodgers is an amazing vet! I have been fostering for the Seattle Beagle Rescue for the last several years and the care she provides is absolutely the best. Any pet that is cared for by her will be getting the best possible care. She is so good at coming up with options and solutions for even the most difficult medical situations that might come up with your pet. Dr. Rodger is kind, sincere, compassionate and genuine you will not leave there wondering whether the services recommended are really needed or not. It is very apparent how much she truly loves animals because it shines through in everything she does. I have also seen Dr. Newby before and think she is a really great vet too! I got to know her even better today when my foster beagle that was old and sick had to be put to sleep. Just like Dr. Rodger she is so kind, sweet and compassionate to the owners and the pets. They were both there for my sweet Aggie this morning,helping me assess her quality of life and what would be best for her. Dr. Rodgers came in earlier than planned when I emailed her about Aggie. Dr. Newby made Aggie her first priority too. I am so grateful to both of them. Kate the tech there is very skilled and clearly loves animals, it shows in everything she does as well. She has amazing bedside manner too! This morning she came out to the car to help me carry Aggie inside. She sat on the floor with me and petted her, etc. So, nice of her to take the time to do that. You will see what I mean, it truly is the best!

Dr. Newby and Dr. Rogers have seen and treated our dogs over the last 15 years. We do not have human children ... we have fur-kids, and as a result, we hold the highest expectations and demands when it comes to their care. We also do not have the easiest of dogs to care for - between behavioural and extensive health issues, their care needs can be dynamic and complicated. Thankfully, due of our long history with them, I can state unequivocally that both Dr.'s are highly cognizant of all of this, are accommodating, patient, and work very hard for us to deal with the health issues/needs of our dogs. Because of all of this, we have followed them to their new, lovely clinic in Bellevue, WA - Loyal Family Veterinary Hospital.
