I will never bring my cat back to this vet. The staff was not only extremely rude, but the doctor hurt my pet. They weren't caring or compassionate at all. I was very disappointed in the customer service and ability to communicate what was needed to heal my cat. I do not recommend this vet at all. There are many other nearby that will take much better care for your animal and around the same price point as well.

I simply cannot say enough good things about CPVH. Dr.Vaughn is awesome. She saved my dogs life, and even took her home over the weekend to keep a close eye on her. I have always found their rates to be VERY reasonable and the care to be top notch. They don't play games and try to trump up fees and charges that are unnecessary just to squeeze a buck out of you either. I find that to be very comforting especially when you have the stress of needing immediate care for your animal. This is a place you can trust. I would take any negative reviews with a grain of salt, twice now we have had a major incident with our dog, and Dr. Vaughn has done a spectacular job with her both times. I refuse to go anywhere else.

Used CPVH since mid 1990's for vet and boarding. They've worked with me to keep several animals with challenging health issues happy and healthy well into late senior years. Boarding is great and includes a cute picture and a 'report card' of your pet's stay. Their rates have always been very reasonable. What more could you ask? Office: Plush for humans? No. Good for pets? Absolutely. The vets themselves have diverse personalities. I like an upfront approach without any coddling. Others don't. You can ask for your preferred vet when making appt. and the staff happily complies. All are very good. And, just like in human health clinics, urgent appointments require some flexibility

I recently moved to the area and needed a new vet to take my two cats two. My male cat had what I suspected was an UTI. I was able to be seen the same day, they have very convenient hours. My cats have vet aggression and they have never made me feel like it was a problem or that they were a pain to deal with. Every time I’ve had an interaction with the vet or any of the staff they have been patient with me and provided all options and thoroughly explained what they were doing, why they were doing it, what the results of all test are and what they mean for the health of your pet. The prices are fair – bottom line I would recommend this office to anyone.

I know a former employee that used to work there, so i know some inside info like the owners and most the employess smoke pot on their breaks. they care little about anything unless it is money. they will move an animal out a kennel clean it up show someone that this is the "clean" facility where we will house your recovering animal then when the customer is gone board 2 more animals in the same kennel. I have heard stories of when the owners husband Tom would go around with limbs from dogs that were put down and act like he was eating a large chicken wing to try to get a rise out of the staff. whatever niceness you get is only on the surface, they curse you the second you leave and in some instances the curse you to your face. i would not bring your pet within a mile of this place, i would actually boycott this place altogether.
