Yep, rude woman who answered the phone and my questions. I'll take my business to Countryside or elsewhere when it comes to my cats.
I've been taking my animals here for years. They are by far the most caring vets in the valley, and are always nice. Though they can say what the animal owner needs to hear, rather than what they want to hear.
Lady who answered was very short,rude not friendly at all. Would not take my animal here!!
