I took my newly adopted cat to the clinic for ear mites. Having had 7 cats and 2 dogs, I know that ear mites only require one vet visit, then a weekly application of medication at home. Dr. Rehburger treated my cat's ears but refused to give me medication to take home, insisting that I had to return and pay for another office visit plus $25 for medication. After a week, my cat had mites in both ears. I called and asked to speak to Dr. Rehburger, but she was "not available." I called back an hour later, same response. The receptionist promised a call back within "an hour." They never called. I am now taking my cat to another vet and writing a complaint, as well as other legal action vs. the vet's license for unethical treatment.

Perrinville Animal Hospital is great. I started bringing my dog there about 5 years ago after being unhappy with my last vet. Dr. Throm shows great care for his work and has a wonderful bedside manner. The rest of the staff has always been helpful and professional. I remember a few years back when we had my dog's teeth cleaned. Following the procedure they put him in a kennel to wait, but after barking his head off, they simply laid out a towel in the back room for him and he laid there happy as a clam until I picked him up. Such individual attention is very appreciated, not just by me, but my dog as well.

These guys are the best. Caring and understanding through all stages of pet life. All the docs are great. Our dogs all love them too.

Both Dr. Throm and Dr. Young have been wonderful with my cats. They are the only vets who have actually snuggled with my cats while holding them. They have also provided treatments that worked wonderfully and provided immediate relief for my cats. The receptionists and assistants also provide friendly and professional service.

Thanks to the unqualified diagnosis by Ms Miller my little Muncher ended up in the hospital on oxygen for four days with a heart attack that could have been prevented .
