The entire staff is friendly and makes you feel at home immediately. They are helpful and obviously love animals. Dr. Robertson is the perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness. She is informative, succinct, and superb with animals. My dog loves her and she seems to always have the animal's well-being as her first priority.

Dr Johnson is the best vet I have ever dealt with. We, me and my French bulldog, Binks, met him 2 days after Bink's had gone lame and it happened on Christmas Eve and nobody was open. I did some research and found Dr Johnson, who, as it works out, owns Pekingese (another flat faced breed) so I took a chance and am I ever happy I did. He got Binks back up and walking without surgery or costing me a fortune. Dr Johnson has been very through and although my dog does have several medical issues, I am very well informed and prepared to work with him to keep my best friend in peak health. I am very happy to have found Dr Johnson and have never hesitated to refer my friends to him when they are in need of a vet.

On November 17th 2014 I had to take my Molly dog in for surgery. She had a growth that needed to be removed. Dr. Engel was GREAT! She had explained everything that needed to be done beforehand and is so warm and understanding. The entire staff that I had dealings with, from the front desk to the techs were fabulous. I got a call as soon as the surgery was done letting me know Molly was fine. I got a follow up call the next day from a tech and two days after that Dr. Engel herself called to check. Molly was in good and capable hands. They knew I was a nervous wreck and did their best to make me less stressed. I have read a few reviews that talk about NW Vet. Hosp. being pricey. I really have no idea. I paid a large amount but the lady at the humane society told me it was about the same everywhere. I do know it was worth every penny! Molly is fine and happy. I will come here for all future visits. Thank you for everything.

DR. LAURA IS AMAZING. SHE TOOK CARE OF MY SHIH TZU WHEN HIS EYE WAS DAMAGED BY A PIT BULL. SHE USED VERY CONSERVATIVE TREATMENT AND HIS EYE IS FINE. THE DOG WAS THEN INJURED BY A CARELESS GROOMER AT PETCO AND DR. LAURA SEWED HIM UP AND HE IS JUST FINE. SHE EXPLAINS THINGS IN GREAT DETAIL AND LOVES ANIMALS

Nothing but great experiences all around. We have three dogs and two cats and would never go anywhere else but this clinic. We also use the grooming salon and the daycare.
