Save your time and money from going to this S****y place. Costumer service is not their strong suit. Had to wait 2 WEEKS for ME to call to find out what was wrong. Then they tried to tell me they spoke to my wife 4 times about the results which was a load of Bull. They called once to say they were waiting on a few more results and the other 3 times my wife had to call but still got no answers. Just horrible service and will never go here again.

While I can't speak to quality, per se, the prices here are completely unacceptable. I used to go to a vet in Renton before getting married and moving to Everett. My husband used this vet clinic until I saw a bill. This vet office charged DOUBLE what my old vet charged for annual checkups/vaccinations. They also pushed extra unnecessary tests. We are now looking for a new vet and will not be coming back.

What a wonderful place! After my cat was seriously injured by a car I searched everywhere within 20 miles of my home for a vet who would allow me to make payments. Even a couple vets I took him to saw how bad his condition was and still wouldnt even examin him without money up front. I found VCA and the Doctor wasn't even concerned about money her top priority was getting my cat treated as quickly as possible. They allowed me to make payments. They truly showed compassion for my cat and even for me too! I highly reccommend them!

Excellent care from caring doctors! I have nothing but good things to say about this hospital. I recently moved to the area and needed to find a vet. I have now taken my pets to VCA Silver Lake a few times and interacted with many of the folks who work there. The staff has always been friendly and courteous, and I believe the doctors truly care about the well being of my pets. They have always been honest about treatment options, explaining why a treatment is necessary or simply recommended. After a few visits, I truly feel like a valued customer. If you love your pets as much as I do, then I would highly recommend taking them to VCA Silver Lake.

These people will take you for a financial ride if you let them--$5 to toss a cup of cat pee??? Uh, thanks, I will take it to the bathroom myself pour and flush and not pay $5 to do it. Then God, they said the kitty in my photo had "Grade II Kidney Disease" making it sound horrible? He was dehydrated, so thanks for scaring me. Fortunately they couldn't do anything other than insist both my cats be on 4mg a day of Prozac (from being there) which required it to be compounded. When I got the price--on PROZAC which you can get for $4 at WalMart Pharmacy-which would've lasted over 90 days for BOTH cats tog (we have dogs next door that cause anxiety periodically-I take the preventative approach. Over priced. I was appalled at the total estimate, and packed up the kitties and went back to the old vet, though much further, far more friendly, honest and economical.
