Poor service. My dog was having an allergic reaction and they put her on meds which ended up not resolving the problem. I called to see if I should change her diet or get a higher dosage. When I had my appointment the doctor explained that they like to handle stuff over the phone so that the animal can get fast care. So, when the receptionist returned my phone call she advised me that the doctor needed to see my dog again. Unfortunately they were unable to work with me to get her an appointment and refused to see my dog if we were more than 5 minutes late. On top of that she could not confirm if they received all of my dog's medical records that they were supposed to have ordered. Then, she thought I had adopted my dog and it turned out she was getting my dog confused with another dog and then stated that she did not have my dog's file in front of her. Seriously, why would you call someone back to discuss their dog's health without having pulled the records? Lack of care.

Dr. Norstrem always has time to talk and discuss your pet, plus I love that he gets down on the floor with my dog and loves her up!The staff is always exceptional, always answering any questions and helping in any way. Our dog recently had a torn crucia in her leg, and had to have surgery. She stayed at the hospital with them for 3 days, and now our Cleo loves everyone there. Thanks to the Doctor and staff, Cleo is on the mend, and healing wonderfully. By the way, because we love Crestwood so much, we actually drive 1 and a half hours to take our dog to the Vet!! I think that says alot!

My fur-family and I LOVE Dr.Norstrem and everyone else at Crestwood Animal Hospital!They go above and beyond expectations.He is a very patient man that takes the time to answer any and all questions and he makes sure you know everything that is going on with your pet.They never rush you out the door,in fact 3 years ago they were in their cars leaving when we pulled in needing emergency care for our dying cat and they all went right back in and helped her.I highly recommend Dr.Norstrem!!

My family has used this clinic for more than a decade now and Dr. Norstrem has always provided the best of care for all of our animals, big and small, cooperative and not. The staff are wonderful and I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for good quality healthcare for their pet, even ferrets! I love this clinic very much and feel very secure in having them around to look after my pets.
