The receptionist and vet tech were friendly and wonderful. But the veterinarian told me my dog was fine simply because she wasn't limping at that very moment. He recommended supplements and to "give them time to work". His exam was brief and he brushed off my concerns. When she didn't get any better I took her to a new vet who promptly diagnosed her with a torn ACL and did x-rays which further found out she had hip dysplasia and spinal stenosis as well. My dog has been dealing with this pain for over two months because this vet wrote her off. Also, they clipped her nails (without my permission) and then charged me $16 for it. We will never be back.

I can abosolutely rave about all 3 Vets at Kenmore Vetrinary Hospital. Dr. B. has been our Vet for nearly 20 years, providing excellent care and advice, for cats with diabetes, rescue/adopted dogs with strange infections and many routine visits for all our animal family. All 3 Vets in the office are wondefully caring and kind to the animals and their people,

Okay, the service is good. BUT, why don't they tell you what your bill will actually be when you pick up your pet?? Apparently if they haven't seen your dog within a month, they charge you $40 for an exam. Oh, if your dogs in heat...they charge more, but you won't know it until you pay your bill. the extra add-on's are probably normal...but they shouldn't "surprise" you with the additional costs tacked on.
