The best care my pets have ever received. These folks are extremely proficient and great with my animals and me

Amazing experience, loved how open our vet was and how much time she spent with us on counseling and advice. Her expertise and ability to communicate that to us was incredible, and completely resolved my previous misgivings with veterinary care (my most recent negative experience was with the VCA in Puyallup). Caring and compassionate veterinarian. Had my dog cared for there a few times and really liked them. When they wanted to do some things I thought were unnecessary, I said no and they respected that.

I have a Dog and had a Cat. I have been going to this vet clinic for 5+ years and they have been great with us even when I have to bring my 2 little kids with me. My Cat was sick last month and I had to make the choice to put her down or run tests and such. They were very comforting to me explaining my options and costs up front. We ended up having to put her down. They were so great with us giving the time we needed to be with cat. They made us a plaque with her paw prints and decorated it with her name and a Princess crown! My daughter and whole family love having this to remember her by. As if this all isn't enough with in 2 days of putting her down we recieved a Sympathy card in the mail and they all signed it. They didn't just sign there name they took the time each one of them to write to us about how sorry they are for us and how great princess was. I was so moved and touched by this!
