I could not have been more disappointed. Years ago when we brought our cat we were treated so wonderfully and thoroughly. Being a very novice pet owner the staff was amazing. But there is a recent shift in attitude. I do not ever really review things online but I was really bothered by this experience. The front office staff as always is amazing there. Helpful. Informative. They even have young girl running around cleaning up pet accidents that clearly should not be picking up heavy carpets but yet she is happy to do it and help all the animals. Simply amazing. Then it came to the visit. After asking numerous times how much things would cost I was constantly rebuffed that I would get it after. Come to find out after I ended up paying more money based upon the decisions that I made during the visit that I really was not even clear on as the explanations were not very clear at all. It just felt like I was in a sales pitch meeting not there for my pet's health. I do not feel the records were reviewed well. Again I just felt like I was in a high pressure sales meeting. Worst was this was supposed to be a complimentary first vet visit from the pet store where we got our puppy. Needless to say we are changing vets immediately. We have gone to several other vets like in Redmond and know things are costly and you need estimates but the vets usually try to guide you and for sure do not end up costing you more money unnecessarily. Why because if they care about you and your pet you will spend even more money. Not lose clients. I am so sad to write this as I really love most of the staff there and think they are amazing. I know it is tough economic times but it is for everyone. Keep that in mind. It is not worth making an extra few buck to lose a lot of bucks in the long run. Again this for the most part and most of the vets is an above excellent facility but if that is the experience of many than there has been a change in philosophy I cannot condone. I do think the vets are well trained and intelligent. I compliment most of them there. Again it kills me that this was my experience now. As a follow up once again I called the front office staff and so impressed by how informative and helpful they are. After speaking with them they showed me how cost effective the clinic can be compared to other clinics charges. I have to say that the staff here has single handedly salvaged my opinion and made me feel comfortable enough to have a follow up visit. Hopefully it goes well and I get the same level of attention that I was hoping for the first time but had been my experience in the past with this clinic. The best reviews are honest reviews. I am so glad that I gave them a second chance. As I said it started with the Front office staff truly being so informative, caring and helpful. As I had always remembered. But it is much more than that. It must have been an off day as the vet was wonderful with my puppy. I was explained everything up front this and they did everything to ensure that I did not over pay for anything. It was an amazing visit. For me to turn a one star experience to a five star experience to me is so much more powerful and truthful review. I hope you all read the sincerity. I would not take my pets anyplace else and will chalk up my initial experience to my a misunderstanding as this experience is what I had initially experienced and was so wonderful found again here. Thank you to the vets and staff for caring so much, I am very impressed.

This is a very nice vet. All the vets on staff are very helpful. The staff at the front desk is compassionate and kind, and it's very easy to get an appointment. Highly recommend.

This is probably the friendliest clinic i have been to, the staff is wonderful and really care for your pets.

Everyone here is super friendly and compassionate. It is easy to get a same day appointment if needed. They will talk about all of your options, and help you decided which is best.
