I have two pugs that do not like to be groomed, especially hate the nail clipping! Anne Bishop, groomer at Legacy Animal Medical Center, is wonderful with these two and now they are even getting used to the grooming....a little bit :)

LOVE the staff at Liberty Lake Vet Center! We moved to the area last spring from out of state and are very pleased with the service we've received. Nissa is such a warm & compassionate Vet. The techs are wonderful as well (Brandi, Natalie, Gina, & Kellie). Always happy smiling faces when we walk in the door!

I am very happy with the first rate customer service and of course the care given to my dogs by the entire staff at Liberty Lake Vet Center. As a Coeur d'Alene resident I could easily go to a vet as close as a block from my home but because of the way me and my pets are treated I will happily take the extra effort to make Liberty Lake Vet center my choice of vets.

Lack of sincerity from Dr./owner, forced, phony bedside manner. Other vet. OK; pushed vaccines that most do not (my cats always indoors); prices on the higher end compared to most in area; just not comfortable with newer staff, especially young girl with streak in dark hair; CREEPY! Going back to Legacy.

No integrity and horrible business practices. Not willing to even attempt discussion at any possible mistakes on their part. They would prefer to call their customers liars! Even when their staff confirms that they were being truthful
