I am new to the area and everyone who cares for their pets as I do uses this practice. all the vets discuss complex cases which is similar to a human tumor board. they are compassionate and skilled.

We have been using this clinic for 20 years. This is a wonderful clinic, great staff, knowledgeable, friendly and caring vets.

I got a puppy 9 months ago and started bringing him here. At first it was ok, but after checking around and realizing how overpriced they were I was in shock. After bringing my dog in for minor problems, they insisted on doing in depth exams which were costly and pointless. Every time I would call about a question they also insist to bring him to"Check" which would be $50-150 dollar visit over nothing. Today was my final straw, I needed ear medication refilled after the doctor specifically said that my dog will have ear infections throughout his life due to floppy ears and refilling wouldn't be a problem. I was then denied a refill followed by him insisting that my dog would need to check it out again. I asked if this medication would cover all basis of infections, he replied yes. I asked why he needed another check, and I received a hot air response. After spending $800-900 withing 6 months, I think a simple refill shouldn't be a problem. I would not recommend bringing your animals here unless your ready to spend A TON of money with little to no result. My family and I will never do business at this location again.

You are all unbelievable! We had to put our dog Sheeba down a couple of weeks ago. It was an incredibly sad time for the whole family, but the staff treated both Sheeba and my family with incredible sensitivity and dignity and we just received a very personal sympathy card signed by the staff and a paw print from Sheeba's last day. We've been using Kulshan for our pets for about 20 years and have always been pleased by their service and care for our animals.
