Pros :Very intelligent vets and super friendly staff. I love their wellness plan considering that vet fees, vaccines, blood work and fecal exam can be expensive. I have a separate pet insurance and this is a great add on that all pet parents should have. Also love how they know all the answer for my questions. Cons: I find the teeth cleaning package too expensive at 300+ with the wellness plan when my old vet charge only 200. I also wish that there is a little bit compassion from the vet along with that professionalism.

I love Northpointe Animal Hospital. Their staff and doctors are caring and competent. Dr. Shearer is best with my neurotic dog and two feisty cats. She is very meticulous in her exams and is great at offering a multitude of healthcare options to meet your budget. Also, I signed up for their wellness plan. I was skeptical at first, but it's been a great investment. I recently signed up for another year! So take your pets here. The staff is great, their doctors are amazing and their care is unparalleled.

I can't recommend Northpointe enough. I've been taking both my labs there for about 2 years. One of my labs has a disease which makes it really tricky to catch whether symptoms he shows are due to his disease, or other issues. Twice Dr. Kissinger has made catches that I think probably saved his life. Everyone there is also incredibly sweet, and when my dog was first diagnosed with his disease, they told me I could call anytime, not only with questions but also if I just wanted to talk. Another time, I came in to pick up a supplement that I give him and they were out of stock, so they actually offered to bring it to me at home the next day when they got more in. They really care A LOT about both pets and pet owners.

Wasn't happy with this experience at all. First off, all they talked about was their Care Plan that they offered, first over the phone, the when I got there, then 3 more times in the room. I told them no about 4 time and they still brought me a payment plan for the year. The Doctor didn't address any of the issue that I had except for one. I had to asked them about the 50% off the exam that they offer online for new client else I wouldn't have received it. They also told me my dog was over weight when this is the smallest I have ever seen her. I will never take my dog here again.

We took our dog there for a general exam and a shot. The vet told us our dog was overweight. They then told us to get a shot that other vets had told us were optional but they made this seem absolute. They said our dog had poor dental care, and recommended several other things that we needed to do according to "recent" research. They also suggested a yearly ringworm shot that had never even heard of from past vets over the last three years. Our bill was much higher than anticipated. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ UPDATE^^^^^^^^^^^^^^UPDATE^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^UPDATE^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ We took our dog back for a follow up and had a much better experience. They truly do seem like they care about the patients (both people and dogs) and were wanting to do whatever they could to help us and answer any questions. It is a beautiful top of the line facility and everyone who works there is very nice and professional. While my comments above hold true, I know they took to heart what I said and do not want to disappoint. Having come back a second time, I would recommend them and they also have a wonderful adoption facility within the clinic.
