If this is Mercy Vet on Mercer Island with Dr. Obando, I love this place. She takes care in diagnosing and doesn't rush to order tests automatically--usually she suggests an inexpensive homeopathic or non-medial remedy first. She also cleaned my cat's teeth without putting the cat under anesthesia--she just gave her a kitty valium. She understands that the emotional component in a pet's life can affect whatever symptoms the pet displays. She genuinely loves and understands animals. I wouldn't take my cat anywhere else.
So humane, so capable.
