They make you make an appointment. I drove from almost 2 hours away to get a shot for my cat that wouldn't have taken but a moment and they turned me away and told me to make an appointment. Then when i try to make an appointment nobody will answer the phone. I have been calling for about 1 1/2 hours in the middle of the day on a Wednesday, I would think they should answer.
