Dr. Lindsay was very sweet and trustworthy, but she has since moved on to greater endeavors and will be missed. There have also been some friendly and understanding technicians as well as some rather aloof ones. I felt I should mention that I was a bit troubled by a comment I overheard while waiting with one of my pets in one of the examination rooms. The walls are very thin there and I'm not sure if it was a regular vet/technician or a temporary substitute vet/technician that made this comment, but she made an assumption about the origin of the names of my pets because she had difficulty pronouncing them. Not only was it a false conclusion on her part, but she would not have come to that conclusion had she not also made an assumption about my ethnicity. Though I try to be gracious through such misunderstandings, it's difficult to educate directly those who can remain faceless behind a wall. Given how progressive we can be up here in the Pacific Northwest, I admit I was perhaps more than a bit surprised than I ought to have been. Despite being a very convenient distance from our residence, overall I think I will be limiting my business to the portion that they've earned and deserve to retain, while I will take the rest of my business elsewhere. Overall I feel they are not the worst, nor the best, but should suffice for regular check-ups and shots.

When Chloe passed away several years ago from kidney failure, it was literally the worst time of my life. These people knew my circumstances, knew how much I love (and loved) her, and did everything possible for me to help her out for the next month and a half of her life. When she needed fluid injections, they helped financially by saying I did the first one, even though they did it and showed me how for future injections. When it came her time to pass into the next life, they made special circumstances to allow me to be present on a weekend regardless of their busy schedule. They were wonderful and supportive in every way. I couldn't have asked for more support from an animal hospital. I am forever grateful for the extra time they gave me with Chloe, and every time I pass there I think of both her and them with fond memories. They truly care. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We were clients Of All care Pet Hospital up until a couple weeks ago. The vet at All care left a nasty message on our voice mail saying that we were no longer clients. Our dog needed x-rays for her leg but we were able to find a vet that could get the x-rays done sooner. All care could not get the x-rays done until January. We found a vet that could do it over a month sooner. We thought we were being proactive. Well after we called them because our other dog had a bleeding foot we got a message saying that we were no longer clients and that they were tired of us bothering them for things that they considered not important on their emergency line. Our dog was bleeding. We were clients for 10 years and spent thousands of dollars there and we were kicked to the curb. The only thing we can say is that we got a third opinion for our dog's leg problem and found a vet that could do the surgery sooner and cheaper and who came highly recommended . The Vet at Allcare was very unprofessional. She never asked to sit down and talk to us. We found out we were no longer clients from her answering service when we called on the above referenced emergency.

For the past 5 years we have been under the care of either Dr. Sue or Dr. Lindsay. We have 2 elderly cats and one has been in extreme crisis for the past 3 weeks. We are very favorably impressed by Dr. Lindsay's care management, and also the concern expressed by the tech staff. Dr. Lindsay is very accessable and has called several times to give us progress reports, and encourages calls when we have questions and concerns.

Good place for my dog. Did not over charge, paid fair amount for treatment and diagnoses. Will be back with my other dogs and cats.
