I took my dog to the Puyallup branch for her wellness check up. They decide to do the whole exam in the back with out even talking with me first, as far as I knew they were getting a BM sample. When it took a really long time for them to return my dog. I ask about it and that is when I was informed that the exam was happening in the back. I ask that they go and get my dog and the vet can redo the exam in the room with me, which was the apt. that I made in the first place. Once we where in the room she stated if I don't like it then I can take my business somewhere else. So well my dog was in the back she got hurt. Not once did the vet mention that she was hurt will in the back. To top it off when I called to talk with the manager I was told "Let's not get him involved, how about you come back and we will get her patched up." So when I took her back they made me pay for her to get the meds. Then when she got sick off them, I took Her back to my regular vet and turns out that the meds. they made me pay for where not strong enough to fight of the infection from her injury. I strongly suggest not going to either Puyallup branch because the vets switch off and on between the two locations.
