We've had to bring our beloved Labradoodle to this animal hospital 3X in the last two years due to his very mischievous behavior. Each and every time I am so appreciative, impressed and thankful for their services. We have NEVER had to wait to be seen or treated. The doctors and staff are very kind, informative and helpful. They thoroughly review our options as well as our estimated costs for treatment. They call after he's been released to follow up and see how he's doing. But most importantly, our Milo has always been treated so well every time we have needed their help. I HOPE we never have to bring him back (as we want to curb his mischievous ways), but if our boy ever needs further treatment I would DEFINITELY bring him back to the Animal Hospital of Redmond.

AEH of Redmond saved my beloved kitty Baxters life. He was in a diabetic hypoglycemic coma probably minutes from death. They not only saved his life, but was a critical part of his recovery over the long months afterwards. Dr Fleming, all the veterinarians and vet tech staff are simply amazing. They are very knowledgeable and skilled, but even more than that they all truly love animals and deeply care about their furry patients and it shows in their care. Baxter is alive today because of them, and I am grateful.

I am sorry for those who apparently had poor experiences with this clinic. We, on the other hand, were very pleased. We brought our dog in Sunday evening and received nothing but loving, caring service -- promptly. The vet (a woman) and her technician (a woman) were compassionate and professional. Our dog received excellent care. The diagnosis was accurate. The result was success. We are so thankful that they were there during a time of trauma for us and our beloved pet.

I had taken my puppy bulldog to this so called pet hospital, and that was a huge mistake. Check out there web site, it shows all the pet vets are male and all of there nurses are female, and I had a vet late at night there whom was a female who was very skinny with marks on her arm like a druggy, and when I was in the exam room with her and my puppy like all puppys tried to jump up on her and she slapped at the puppy with a pen in her hand violently. I have never seen a vet do something like that and I have been around animals my whole life; I am a country boy. Seeing her act that way in the exam room is when I sould have left that place. I left my puppy there for an hour to get his ears cleaned. When I came back to get him he was different and I had taken him home around midnight. A hour and a half later my dog started shaking because he was having seizers, and then he started throwing up. I was checking him over and I found two lumps on his head, from being hit with something. So I hoped in the car to go to another vet at 1:30 in the morning. That vet hospital helped out and gave medication. But my dog is not back to normal and by taking him to his pet daycare and showing picture of before going to the Redmond vet hospital where there is no lumps on his head and showing after that vet pictures there were injurys. I have gone to city hall for the mayor to know about buisness' s in his town he represents, police and one policeman said he used to train dogs as I showed them the picture and they could see the injurys. I have contacted the BBB. I am contacting the atty general. I am a college student and it is summer time, so I have plenty of time to get this problem resolved, even if I have to take this civilly to court. This vet hospital fraud. That night to that vet and to the other vet had cost me around $650 and my puppy is not the same puppy anymore. They hurt my puppy bulldog and they are wrong. Do not make a mistake like I did by taking an animal to this place. After all this I read the reviews and I am not the only one that has been wronged by this place. Plus that female so called doctor looks and acts like a drug abuser and you know you are who you hang with and do not put yourself in that situation. This place has done me wrong and has hurt my bulldog and I hope he will come back to his normal self.

Great surgeons there, my dog has gotten stitches there a couple times, and both times, the wounds healed perfectly with relatively no scarring. It is pricey, but what emergency room isn't?
