Rescued a 2 year old Pug girl. Since it had been 40 years since I had a pet Mellisa vet at Norton's Ark, guided and encouraged me. Lillie is definitely my dog daughter, I love her so. I wouldn't use any other Vet. She's tops!

I've known Keith and Melissa for over 10 years and they have been wonderful vets to my 6 +/- dogs. I've had animals all my life from hamsters to horses and I have always been very happy with their care of my "children". I have total trust in their care and diagnosis/opinions of my animals care. Some vets may have the most expensive, professional looking services offered, but perhaps their care is not as knowledgeable as what I have found with Norton's Ark. Their facility is smaller and to keep costs down to their clients they have trimmed some of the fluff. My viewpoint is best described as; Have you ever had a favorite book and through the love of the book it has perhaps some wear on the covers of the book, but the content is so valuable you cherish the book? Their establishment doesn't have "wear" but it is smaller and to so many of the animals; both rescue and clients, it is oh so valuable to people who know what excellent care of those animals means.

The Nortons provided care to my 2 rescue pugs for the remainder of their lives. I had taken my little female to a vet for ear infections when I first got her and for $450 was told she much have surgery and part of the bone removed to save her life. I decided to take her back to the Norton's who flushed her ear, gave her steroids and charged me $12. She was fine. At 11 surgery would probably have killed her. They know pugs better than any other vets in this area, provide inexpensive care at the expense of beauty and at time I agree cleanliness, and love their animals. I boarded my pugs there as I knew I could count on Keith to care for my ancient female pugs needs and listened to him when he said it was time to put her down. Both Nortons are good people and vets.

I was turned onto these guys through a friend that had gotten a rescue dog from them. Yes it is true no fancy office and yes they wear jeans and sweat pants, however, they give excellent care and would NEVER hurt an animal. Dr. Melissa even gave me her personal cell in case when my Dog gave birth she had any issues to call her in middle of the night to help me. Ended up that I had to call her and they opened up at 5am to do a emergency C-sec on my dog and saved her life and the life of 2 pups...I will always be grateful for this. They did not charge me a crazy fee for the emergency and Dr. Keith did amazing work on my Dog and you would never know now she had a C-Sec. He is amazing at surgery!!!! I trust them completely and will always use them and only them for all my animals needs. You will not ever find a better more fair priced Vet! If you are wanting the fancy office and everything to be spotless and spic and span and want to pay the High office Visits and see your vet for 5 minutes and pay crazy money for all of that, this is NOT the place for you. However, if you want Docs that care, are honest and give you there time and speak how it is to you...You will not ever find a better Vet and will be lucky to be able to go to them.. I know all my animals needs are met and taken care of and we have had our males fixed by them, new litters delivered by them and all follow up care. We have always taken our dogs there for any health issue and have nothing but amazing care at a amazing price. It is too bad that there are not more places like this. However, I know we will never go anywhere else!!!!! Thank you Keith and Melissa and also Sharon whom always takes her time to talk to me help me and helps to give me the know how to take great care of my pets in times of need or with pregnancy of dog...They simply are the best and if you listen to the Bull that is on here, remember these are people that need that flashy Vet clinic...It is about the Animals care and they really care about what they are doing or they too could be making a large profit as all the other vets out there do. Do not judge them by the office but by the care...

The most horrible place on this planet... DO NOT TRUST YOUR ANIMALS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!Dirty, disgusting, and don't know what they are doing. Oh.. and the man working in the office had his vet license revoked. Please take my advice.. hopefully you don't have to experience the loss I have due to trusting these people.
