When I got to ACCESS I was immediately assisted by their staff. I had to bring my cat here after the previous vet that I entrusted with him failed to detect an abscess that we led us to this clinic. Rather than focusing on tacking on services that make you feel like they are nickle and diming you they are focused on providing care to the patients and giving realistic options to pet owners. The staff was very friendly and respectful, but most importantly they were realistic with me regarding what the outlook was when I brought my cat in. I ended up having to euthanize my cat because of the extensive damage caused by the abscess that my previous vet failed to detect which would have ultimately saved my cats life. Rather than run me through a very, very expensive treatment plan they gave me options without guilt tripping me for not being able to afford $5K in treatment that may, or may not have worked. Dr. Ahlgrim was very sensitive to the situation and professional in the brief visit that I had with her. I feel that if I would've brought my pet here first instead of AHCC I would probably still have him here today. It's hard to write a positive review about this place given the outcome of what happened, but i feel that this place deserves it given my experience.
