I am so happy to have a great animal emergency hospital in the south end. It's about time! My experience at ACCES was wonderful from the moment I walked in the front door. I was obviously very stressed at the situation but everyone was so calm and efficient I couldn't help but feel better. The receptionist was very nice and they got me in with a nurse right away-I didn't even have to wait. The doctor was also very nice and knowledgeable about my cat's situation. They provided me with an estimate up front so I knew what I would be paying and all the things they wanted to do to take care of my kitty. They told me I could call any time I wanted, but they called with updates frequently so I always knew how my cat was doing. I highly recommend ACCES-keep their information handy in case you happen to have to use their services.
