They have a wonderful staff and Incredible doctors! I'm so grateful for their care and support.

I cannot say enough nice things about this clinic. We were visiting from Idaho, and our dog took ill in the middle of the night. We called and were given directions. A tech came out and met us and helped us in. They took immediate action to control the fever and pain our dog was experiencing. The vet carefully explained the situation. Sadly, our senior dog had a manageable condition that we were aware of that suddenly became unmanageable. They kept him safe and comfortable until we returned the next morning and put him down. The vet handled the situation gracefully and kindly, while giving us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. I felt confident in their treatment, in their help in assisting us in this decision and very grateful at the manner in which they handled not only our beloved dog, but us. It is expensive, but that goes along with the word emergency. They were true professionals and I felt very lucky to have selected them in the middle of the night and far away from our home. Our dog was well cared for until the end. I am very grateful for their service.

Just picked up our dog who was brought in at 1am (she had run off and was apparently hit by a car). Everyone there was SO compassionate and friendly and the bill was SHOCKINGLY LOW. And we are so happy to have our pup back home. Thank you!!

The worst experience I have ever had at any type of vet facility. Brought my dog in at 5:30 on a Saturday afternoon, cheek wound from a dog fight. There was no wait, and it seemed very quiet, both in front and in back. The desk person seemed clueless, disinterested, apathetic. We felt uncomfortable from the start. Even though we were the only ones there we were told we would have to leave the dog and come back in 2.5 hours. Called 2.5 hours later, and they hadn't treated the animal yet, hadn't even started. And they seemed disinterested and didn't have a reason why they hadn't called to inform us. Couldn't care less. Drove back there, 1/2 hour later (9pm), and they still hadn't treated the animal. We took him back and they still want to charge us $600, for NOT treating the dog. Outrageous! Went to ACCESS on Lake City Way, was in and out in 1 hour, 15 minutes, dog completely treated and discharged, for $350. Emerald City should not be allowed to operate.

You have taken great care of my Zoe girl when she has had to come in for eating things she should not. Always kind, responsive & fine with me calling to check on my dog.
