Take both my cats there and staff is always pleasant and trying to keep the best in mind for the pets while also keeping in mind costs for you as an owner. Enjoy the staff and Doctors

I decided to try madison street animal hospital because they were running a dental cleaning special. I had a great experience all around. The hospitals hours are amazing. It was very easy to make an appointment and the receptionists was extremely helpful. The vet techs/assistants were all very nice and most importantly they were great with my dog. The vet took the time to answer all of my questions and seemed very down to Earth. I never thought my dogs teeth could be so white and it took him very little time to recover from the anesthesia. The clinic even made a follow up call to see he how he was feeling the next day. In the past I have experienced clinics pushing expensive tests, vaccinations and medications that aren't necessary. Madison Street Animal Hospital is more laid back than that and the prices seem quite reasonable.

Very clean veterinary hospital, where everyone is consistently nice and attentive. I stop in regularly to buy prescription food for my older cat, and it's always in stock and easy to pick up. They also price-match. I've luckily only had to bring my cat here twice in several years, but they make it as not-traumatic as possible (though of course, he hates his visits). So I appreciate the effort, even if my cat doesn't!

I brought my dog to Madison Street Animal Hospital for her annual shots. We had an appointment at 6pm. The staff were friendly and prompt. After her shots the man at he front desk explained the symptoms of an allergic reaction and said to monitor the dog for the next couple hours. On the way home, the dog had a severe reaction to one of the vaccines. I called the clinic back, explained the symptoms and they told me to bring her back immediately. They took her back and administered treatment to counter the reaction even though they were technically already closed for the night. This was one of the most terrifying moments I've experienced and they were incredibly helpful and kind. I would recommend taking your animal here - they will be in good hands.

My cat got sick a few days ago, and since my regular vet was closed for the day, I called Madison Street. Based on the symptoms I described, they asked me to bring him in right away. Upon examination they found that his urethra was blocked (which can apparently be life threatening). The vet on duty, Dr. Chan, stayed 2hrs past the regular closing time to put him under and fix him up. Since the visit, they have followed up several times to ensure that he is healing well, and that I understand how best to take care of him. I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Chan's (and the staff's) knowledge, attentiveness, and patience. We will be repeat customers.
