I started taking my dog to Maple Leaf when she was just 6 months old. My sweet dog, who is a rescue and quite terrified of people is a different dog when we go the vet. She is easygoing, relaxed and just loves Dr. Hoffman. Because she had such a good experience early on, she seems to assume anyone in that building is okay. She'll let people touch her, whereas out in the real world, she tries to get away. She also likes other dogs to keep their distance, but she'll let the clinic's mascot dog walk right up to her and she shows no fear or upset. I have no complaints whatsoever, and even referred someone to them who was also very happy with the care she received for her cat at the end of the cat's life.

They refused to discuss our cat's diagnosis with us. They gave us medicine to treat her, and we later learned that when we got her treatment refilled, they decided to change her medication without informing us. At one point, one of their employees mentioned to us that the treatments they give us are not actually the products listed on the labels, as they will open things up and add additional medications that they feel are necessary, without labeling them. When we asked them about all of this, they told us that their belief was that most pet owners are not well enough informed to make competent decisions about the treatment of their pets, and so their policy was to not provide information to pet owners so that the owners would have no way of trying to be involved in decisions about treatment. In the end, we took our cat to another vet, and learned that, because of improper treatment at Maple Leaf Pet Cornet, our cat had nearly died. Fortunately, our new vet has helped us to undo the damage caused by the improper treatment from Maple Leaf Pet Corner. We will absolutely never take another pet here.

Our dog loves to get checked up here. Great staff and if my dog loves it, I love it.

This small, intimate clinic has restored my faith in veterinary medicine! After visiting a really mediocre vet closer to our house who pushed unnecessary treatments, we sought out a small practice with glowing reviews on google and yelp. I called them to ask some questions about their philosophy etc,. and Dr. Karen came onto the phone immediately - wow!!! She spoke with me for at least 20 mins, just a nice friendly chat. We could not get our last vet on the phone come hell or high water!! The place is so relaxed and chilled. The animals being boarded just hang out and wander around. Buzz, Karen's dog is a wonderful maitre d'hotel and greets the visitors with his sweet little under bite face! So cute! When we paid the bill, I felt no need whatsoever to look at the breakdown of costs - immediate, complete and utter trust and I could not be happier with her. Yay, Karen!! A woman doing it all!!

We bring our dog Stevie to Dr. Konz and he is always happy to get there. Maple Leaf Pet Corner is small and feels very homey. Stevie runs around and plays with Dr. Konz dog Buzz. Unlike a lot of veterinary centers, it is a much less stressful environment for the patients. We love it there and they always take good care of us.
