Waited 20 minutes past my appointment time to be seen by Dr. Baxter. Didn't complain. After examination, it was determined my dog needed a tooth extracted. The amount quoted was $865. Didn't complain. Upon arrival the next morning I told them my dog had eaten breakfast, and asked if that was a problem. They said it was a problem and the surgery would have to be canceled. Neither Dr. Baxter nor her assistant mentioned anything to me the previous evening about not eating after 10pm. They admitted their mistake, but Dr. Baxter had a very condescending attitude, and was apparently upset over THEIR mistake. I rescheduled the surgery for the next day with a different doctor (Dr. Phillips). After all, I personally can't trust a doctor that can't even give proper instructions prior to surgery. That's like working at a drive-thru window and forgetting to put the burgers in the bag.

I've been going to Northgate Vet Clinic for about 8 years and I really appreciate that Dr. Phillips cares about my cats and wants to help me make the best decisions for their care. He patiently informs me of all my choices when we need to make a decision and I don't feel pressured to do any particular thing. I work with Dr. Baxter occasionally as well, and she also is very caring and easy to work with. The front desk staff is friendly and take care to know their customers. I highly recommend going to a neighborhood vet clinic, like Northgate, and getting to know a vet and the staff, as opposed to going to a clinic where you see whichever vet is on duty that day. It's very helpful to not only know the people taking care of your pet, but also for them to know you and your pet.

I've taken my dogs to Northgate Vet Clinic for over 20 years! I moved a bit further from their office but feel the drive is worth it for the care they give my dogs. The veterinarians always take the time to greet my dogs as well as address my questions. The office staff are friendly and kind to both their animal and people customers. When it came time to say goodbye to one of my beloved dogs, the employees at Northgate Vet Clinic had tears in their eyes because they had gotten to know him and cared about him. I give Northgate Veterinary Clinic four paws up!

We've been taking our dog to Northgate Veterinary Clinic for 14 1/2 years. We have been happy all 14 1/2 years as well! Dr. Baxter and Dr. Philips are wonderful people who truly care about our dog. As our dog has aged Drs. Baxter and Philips have shown tenderness and compassion to us and have gone the extra mile for us. We don't know what we would do without Northgate Veterinary Clinic, the doctors, and the staff. So many good people work there. Thank you for being a place we trust and for taking good care of us!

I've taken my cat Stealth to Northgate Veterinary Clinic for a year now.The team is highly knowledgeable and informative, they truly care to attend to your pets needs and install trust with pet owners. They are friendly and courteous and even on the busiest of days I never felt rushed. Great Work Northgate Vet Clinic!
