I have known Cindy for a while. I work for her and had the pleasure of seeing her interacting with Luna, her baby dog. The sensitivity, love and care that she has for Luna is as if she was her child. We have three dogs seen by Cindy: Clancy, one of our 12-1/2 yr lab mixes is extremely arthritic and loves being pampered and massaged in the pool. Sunny, his sister, suffers from arthritis, age related muscle atrophy and severe anxiety. When their sessions end, we get back younger acting more rejuvenated dogs who are enjoying their senior years. Doobie, our 9-1/2 yr lab mix, also enjoys a good massage but really loves to go swimming and chase tennis balls. All of our pups are happier, healthier and better adjusted after their time at the spa. La Paw Spa is the absolute best...thanks for everything Cindy!

Cindy Horsfall has created a state of the art Spa for the express purpose of healing dogs and helping them recover from surgery, trauma, or anxiety. Aside from the beauty of the Spa itself, Cindy is probably the best hydrotherapist around. Written up in USA Today, as the frontrunner in starting and growing "Canine Hydrotherapy", Cindy is all about the love and caring of dogs. I had to laugh at a review written here, that says she is not good with her own dogs. Cindy has one German Shepherd Dog who lives like a princess. The dog is the light of her life; I know this because she bought the pup from me, three years ago. You can't find a better Canine Therapist than Cindy at La Paw Spa.

La Paw Spa has been one of the best services to come to town! We were running out of options to treat our two older dogs who were really slowing down with age, arthritis and anxiety. It has been amazing to see how a water therapy session with Cindy turns them into happy, wiggling "puppies" again. They smile! Cindy is incredibly "in tune" with the dogs during the therapy, noting the slightest changes in their level of relaxation or muscle tension, taking their cues to heart so that she can carefully adjust the treatment to provide them with the ultimate experience. The level of trust and connection between Cindy and the dogs during this process is an incredible thing to see. The spa is gorgeous throughout, with an earthy, calm decor, soft music, and amenities in the waiting room to pamper people and pooch alike. The pool room is easily accessible via a long gentle ramp and a well-equipped "drying-off room" (complete with scented spritz sprays for that genuine spa touch) is convenient for chilly days. La Paw Spa is more than we ever expected...if you dont believe us, ask our smiling dogs!
