Had been a very happy client and very strong supporter for 8 years until today. The terse/abrupt attitude of the new front desk gal was the last straw for me. The past year (2014), I have observed a large decline in professionalism and an increase in turnover, indifference, client criticism, condescension, arguments, and arm-wrestling from front desk staff and one particular vet tech when scheduling appts, drop-offs, boarding, and pick ups. Yes, they are open 3 evenings during the week until 8PM...but attempting to schedule a pick-up or drop-off after 5PM can be difficult, depending on who takes the call. I'm very unhappy. Voiced complaints to doctors and staff have resulted in little change. Hard to make improvements when no one sees a problem, esp when the customer leaves.

We brought in our 2 newly adopted kittens for their first examine, and had an amazing experience with Dr. Lester. The vet technician who came in first was very professional and kind. I was a bit of an over-paraniod new parent, so I brought up EVERYTHING I was concerned about and they both we're more than happy to give me answers or advice. We had to come back for two more visits for their last set of kitten shots and had a pleasant experience both of those times, as well. It is a little more expensive than I like, BUT the quality, enviorment and feeling of comfort is well worth it. I even had to reschedule the day of my appointment, and they were great about it. No cancel fee, and set me up for another appt as soon as was possible. Highly recommend. Love this place. The staff is great and friendly.

Great staff. Dr Brandon is the first vet I've met that clearly cares more about the animals than making money. She's done an excellent job finding a treatment for kitty (something other vets failed) and if kitty has flares she'll answer my emails with a suggestion (within reason) instead of always defaulting to "bring him in" like other vets. If she does say that, then I know it legit and not just for the money. An angry review below mentions that it's difficult to get a hold of any specific vet while they work via email or phone, and that is about the only part of their rant I found true to my experience. I've also seen Dr Brandon work late or come in early because of her packed schedule and still spend time helping others determine if someone's kitty can have an procedure. So yes, if I want to talk to her during her shift then good luck to me, but I know it's because she puts her whole self into her work. And she'll still answer my email after work.

I do not agree with Mademoiselle. You can't please them all. I have utilized this practice for years and have never had a bad experience. The doctors are thorough and helpful. The staff is friendly and helpful. The patient is their main focus and it shows. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone wanting the best in feline medicine. I see Dr. Brandon and she is outstanding.

I know i used to say i hated pet stores, But now I love cats exclusive now. So don't ask me to make it go out of business. I really really love it right now and for ever. Who ever hates it will be a hater in my opion, Thanx
