They always take great care of my babies! From tortoises to kitty cats, the staff is kind and knowledgeable. Also, someone stupidly thinks the wellness plan is a scam? We've saved several hundred dollars thanks to having it!

This Banfield is the worst I have ever been to. I have been here 3 times with my puppy and the last two times, I scheduled my appointment and it couldn't be found in the system. The front desk person Stacee said she scheduled my appointment when I made it and when I get there weeks later, the appointment was never made. When I pointed out the mistake both times, she acted like I was wrong, like I was wasting her time and acted like I was bothering her. I was never given as much as a sorry or even a way to fit my puppy in to get the shots she needed. Her customer service is poor and I will never be going back.

It has a corporate feel and just not personal at all. They were rough with the handling of my cat because they rush pets through. It is a clean place and they are up front about prices however they are a bit expensive. There are other vets close and better.

Great place to take your pet. Very caring and thorough. Dr. Robyn Bacheldor its our favorite, our Min Pin doesn't like visiting the Vet, but she always makes her feel comfortable. Thanks for taking such good care of our Princess!

This Banfield has a lot of work to do. I tried calling to make my dog an appointment at 8 am which is when they open. I called and called until 8:45 which is when they finally answered the phone. Got an appointment and I was the only patient there and the lady is talking on the phone and I am waiting for about 10 minutes. Once I get in the room, The technician (AKA salesman) comes in and tells me all the things I should get or have done while she is punching it up on the computer. Not even looking at my dog at all. My dog has an ear infection and I just want that taken care of. She takes my dog to the back and gives me a laundry list of things I should or need to do. The vet comes in for a total of 40 seconds to tell me my dog does have an ear infection. For the minimum services my total was $140 and that is WITH the wellness plan (which is a joke). I pay $299 per year for discounts and wellness visits. Had I done everything they wanted I would have been well over $350. DO Not buy the wellness plan, it is a total scam. These people seem to only care about money and not the pets. I am going back to the independent vets.
