HORRIBLE SERVICE! If I could give zero stars I would but I have to at least give one in order to write this review. This was my first and last visit to this clinic. The staff is extremely unprofessional. For example: 1.) Dr. Z couldn't remember whether my dog was a male or female and kept mixing up her gender throughout the entire visit. 2.) Dr. Z kept calling my dog "Dog" and not by her name. 3.) Even though I provided a detailed explanation as to the reason for our visit with the veterinary assistant prior to Dr. Z seeing us, I had to constantly repeat myself and remind the staff of things to checkout on my dog throughout the entire visit because they'd forget. What kind of doctor forgets the ailments that their patient is seeing them for- a bad one does that's who! 4.) There was a HUGE lack of professionalism in the staff not keeping their personal life separate from work. In the middle of the exam Dr. Z and the assistant started talking about Dr. Z's personal doctor appointment that he had and whether or not he should get a c-pap machine to help him sleep. This should be a conversation had behind closed doors. This distraction of thought from the doctor displays to the dog owner and patient that they are of less importance. 5.) They are over the top with pushing medications and use heavy pressure sales tactics which shouldn't be required for a vet. Dr. Z couldn't substantiate any of the claims he was making. The whole time I felt like I was trying to be sold a car instead of my dogs needs genuinely trying to be met. 6.) This is a walk-in clinic only which is fine, but they are supposed to take their patients in order of sign-in. While we were there, a person who came in after us was seen ahead of us. This should have been a clue to me as to the lack of quality care we'd end up receiving. OVERALL- DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE Note: You definitely get the level of care that you pay for, which is cheap.

Dr Z and the staff are great, I moved into the area a little over a year ago. My boy Tucker was getting old. Dr Z and the staff made Tucker as comfortable for as long as we could, when the day came that Tucker was no longer able to get around Dr Z and the staff handled everything with compassion and I could tell they really cared. Thank you Dr Z and Staff!!

I just got a puppy and needed to update his shots, we walked-in and waited for about 30mins...finally a doctor called us in...gave us a few lots of information which was very helpful...then took my puppy to the back to give him his shots...a little while the nurse brought my puppy back and she seemed like she was rushing! So I just asked her if there was any side affects...she gave me answers that sounded stupid!! so I went and paid..the Vet told me to bring my puppy 3 weeks from now for his last shot (which wud be sunday "mother's day") I even asked her if she was sure, she said yes!! The week before mother's day, I called to verify the appointment..and it WAS sunday!!!!! So I planned my visit..after work, I drove there to find out their FREAKIN CLOSE ON SUNDAYS!!!!!! I was so upset! definitely not bringing my puppy there anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE, ,RUDE, DIRTY!! PLEASE do not take your pet there. You truly get what you pay for, or in my case, not even what you pay for. I only used them for well pet visits, this was the first time I went in for anything else and it was minor, just a sore paw I thought might have a sliver in it from the dog park. They misdiagnosed the problem that turned out to be quite simple according to my regular vet. I contacted them to let them know I would not be in for a follow up, and that the problem had been resolved. Apparently that did not set well, the vet (not even the one that saw my dog) called me , accused me of wanting my $29.99 office exam back, told me that they did more than just vaccines, and to not bring my pets back. Like I would, apparently he saw this on my chart, realized I had a reputable vet that I went to for anything major and used them for non-emegency visits. What bothers me most is that he never asked what was wrong with my dog or how he was, he was concerned only that I would want a refund for the exam.

The fact that we could take our pets in with out waiting for few days for appointments has been great for us. The staff and Doctors are friendly and caring, the cost of visits are very affordable. Thank you, Manny Rashidi
