I just moved to town and was looking for a place to call home for my pets health needs. You guys were great in helping me with my dog Dalia, and my friends dog Charlie who needed emergency attention. (Both are doing great, BTW) I can certainly tell every single person I have met on your staff loves animals and would do anything in their power to help you! Look forward to many great years;)

I love love this place. Never had better service, yes it is busier than hell but the staff is well worth the wait and Dr. Nealin is the bomb not only is he super handsome but sweet like no other vet I have met. My English bulldog dislikes me and he loves Dr. Nealin. He wags his lil stub of a tail when the Dr. walks in the room. When I thought I was going to have to put my dog down he helped him feel better and he is back to his grumpy old self. Really if you are worried cause one wore tattered jeans and took care of your Dog maybe this is not the vet for you. Its not about what one wears it should be about how your animals were and are taken care of. This place is one of a kind and frankly only place I will take my animals

If you have all the time in the world, I would recommend this place. Each time I go, I tell myself that I need to find a new vet. The wait times are horrendous and the waiting room has been so busy I have had to wait outside the front door. The past three times I have been there, I have had to wait at least 15-20 min to even speak with someone at the front desk whether it be to just check in for an appt or just to stop by to buy food or pick up medicine even when I have called ahead. And even having a scheduled appt, I have waited almost an hour. Sad because I really like the veternarians and staff there. Understaffed and immensely overgrown their space.

When our dog had a cyst removed a week or so ago at a different clinic we were concerned about the appearance of the incision and the surrounding tissue. We sent Orchards an email with a photo (we were second guessing the other clinic) and within 15 minutes they responded with feedback, directions, and great advice! I was amazed at their customer service and dedication. Keep up the great work!

After two years searching for a trustworthy, capable, and affordable vet in Vancouver, I stumbled upon Orchards Vet. It's been 10 years now, and I've never looked back. With 3 geriatric dogs, I've had the pleasure of seeing the doctors and staff frequently. They have always been professional, knowledgeable, and patient, never rushing me out the door to get to the next client. This may explain the sometimes long wait times, but in my opinion, they are worth it. I would recommend Orchards to anyone looking for good quality health care for their pet, large or small.
