Very poor experience. We brought a dog in with a dog bite from another dog and the staff was rude and misguiding. We arrived there and the triage nurse looked at our dog and said the doctor will come out and determine if we can wait until Monday for our regular vet. Later to find out they wanted to get us back in a room for that to happen so automatically 119$ in their pocket right away. We decided to call our vet on call and walked out of the emergency clinic. The lady before us had 2 allergy injections for her dog 655$ visit. I feel this location is out to get our money. Not that they do not or will not care for the animals but just ridiculous overall.

Horrible experience. Rude, money hungry staff who seem to have no regard for animals whatsoever. Paid 95 dollars for the 'vet' to literally only repeat back to me what I had just told her and offer no suggestions or insight. Will not be back. Shame this is the only place in town that is open 24 hours. Save your time and money.

once again GBAEC didn't help. I brought in my diabetic dog that had vomited and needed her insulin. She needed fluids and something to settle her tummy so she could keep her food down and get her insulin. I had verbal instructions from my regular vet for them. After 4 hours in their care they had still not started her IV fluids and died. She suffered brain damage from lack fluid. I have on other occasions have bad experiences but this time they didn't bother to even look at Sissy. The way thi place is run is horrible

These people don't give a sh*t about your pets. They just want money up front or let your animal die. Emergency my ass

The staff at Green Bay Animal Emergency Center were amazing! Unfortunately, we had to put our kitty to sleep but they were very helpful and kind during the process and very supportive of our decision. They took great care of us and made sure we knew we made the right decision. A few days after this event, we received a sympathy card in the mail from the Animal Emergency Center with a hand written note from the vet who helped us, as well as pictures with paw prints from our kitty. This meant the world to us & it was amazing that they took the time to do something like that for their customers. If we ever have an animal emergency again, I feel very confident about going to the Animal Emergency Center again, they were kind, compassionate, and know what they are doing.
