Our experience here has been great - for the most part. The vet is knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. He is very thorough when explaining things and never made us feel stupid or incompetent (as our previous vet liked to do). However, a few interactions with other staff have left much to be desired, they were short with us, judgemental and just plain rude. The facility is nice and clean, the prices aren't too bad.

I brought in a dog for a "free" exam when i adopted him and I left spending well over $100 for heart worm medication and a test. I then tried to make an appointment on two seperate occasions and could not get in to see anyone within a reasonable time frame, both times. When I asked if they could recommend anyone else they responded with a strong NO! Not the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. I will now be looking for a new vet. Why I gave this place 3 stars is because they do seem to be in the know when it comes to the animals.

My parents took all three of their dogs there when I was growing up. When our one dog was extremely sick the whole staff did as much as they could to help him. So when me and my wife got our first dog it was no question where to go. We now take both our schnauzers there. The staff as whole is great to work with, they seem to generally care for our dogs, and are very knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. Definitely highly recommended.
