Very knowledgable. Willing to spend the time other locations don't. We were nervous about the great prices, thinking the care would suffer. We were ready to go in and if we didn't like it, leave and go to "plan b". Immediately we knew we made the right choice! We will be coming back with both pets, not for the great prices but for the exceptional care the entire staff gave us.

I boarded my dog this weekend and was told on Saturday that the office was open until 6 on Monday to pick her up. When I arrived at 5:25 the door was locked. I called and spoke to Dr. Singh who told me they had closed early because it wasn't busy but I could come back and get her in the morning. When I insisted someone come and let me get her I was told I had to wait until 7:30. When Dr. Kaye arrived and I was angry he called Dr. Singh who then gave me a story about the night person having a family emergency and that was why the office closed early. When I asked why someone else didn't come to let me pick up my dog or at least call me to make other arrangements he said "I'm a vet - you expect me to come sit with your dog that isn't sick?" Yes, yes I expect you, the owner of a business, with whom I trusted the care of my pet, to be at YOUR BUSINESS when you said you would be there. He made it clear to me that taking care of kenneled animals was up to the person he hired and that, regardless of the circumstances, isn't responsible for the care of the animals being boarded. Dr. Singh is a rude and arrogant person who has no business working with animals. If I hadn't insisted someone come let me in to get my dog would anyone have been there tonight to take care of her?
