This place is excellent! They are friendly, and very sympathetic toward both the pet and the owner--I guess you could say an excellent "bedside manner." Their hours are a convenient as you could want, you never get guilted into having a lot of unnecessary tests done on your pet. Dr Thompson is the best!

The staff is very friendly and helps you with anything you need! They are very compassionate towards my cat Tigger and my dog Zeus! They go slow with Tigger because they know he doesn't like it there! When They even have weekend hours and can always get me in when I need to! Thanks Country Hills!

I'm writing this review about what I feel were inappropriate medical decisions made for my dog. I hope by reading this review you will carefully consider where you bring your pet for care. My dog had surgery for a torn cruciate ligament. 21 days later my dog died. I don't recommend this facility and will never go back.

If you don't see Dr. Everson, you can take it or leave it. Go somewhere else, especially if Dr. Everson has moved there. Rip Off

Dr. Thompson takes the time to explain things so that you can understand what is going on. Very knowledgable staff and very friendly.
