We took several pets there for care and medication. One day we called and made an appointment and they charged us for an emergency walk-in! We complained that it wasn't a walk-in; then they said it was because they took x-rays and our visit ran too long! So we were charged extra for that! We were told they would credit back the extra charge but when they didn't we called them and they said they had changed their mind and wouldn't correct it. So they fabricated a charge, didn't advise us about it, and lied about correcting it. They also made it difficult for us to get our pets' medical records when we wanted to leave them. They appear to be financially stressed so I would recommend you watch your bills if you go there.

We have been taking our animals to Dr. Thebert for the past 20+ years. They have always taken excellent care of all of our pets. We had to have our kitty Molly of almost 16yrs. euthanized. The caring and compassion shown was truly heart warming. Thank you Franklin Veterinary staff for taking wonderful care of all our little fur kid's. Pam & John Woppert
