On Oct 14th 2014 I brought my dog (Izzy) in around 9 pm. She was seen be Dr Byl. Dr Byl was amazing. She was gentle with my dog, addressed all my questions and the price was much less than expected. I left completely satisfied that my dog was going to be fine. This was more that a month ago and my dog is fine! Thank you Dr Byl and all the staff at Lakeshore :)

OK..So far so good.Our dog has been there for only 24 hours at the time of me writing this and he is FINALLY doing good.DR. Rudloff is the BEST.She is an extremely good veterinarian and I would drive a lot of miles to get my pets to her!We also had a very good experience with Dr.chic(I hope a spelt that correct)she was also extremely helpful in answering all of our questions.Dr.Rudloff even came in to check on our dog on her day off, I know this because I was there when she came to check on him!!! How cool is that?? Now that is CARING!!!!!This is the Glendale facility I am talking about NOT the Oak Creek facility where we initially took our pet and we feel did not get near the same quality of service as in Glendale.Was it lack of experience and knowledge??? I cant be sure,but Glendales docs blew the doors off of Oak Creeks.Good luck to any of you who have to endure this type of experience and be sure to call upon DR.ELKE RUDLOFF.
