I was really impressed with Bay East Animal Hospital. They were excellent. I took my two cats there and was really happy with how nice everyone was (everyone!, from the person that I set up an appointment with, the person who checked me in, the tech, the vet, and the person that checked me out). They were really great, and extremely gentle with the cats. My cats are 5 years old and I learned more tips and info about them from one trip to Bay East than during the sum total of all previous vet trips. I'll be back and would recommend them to anyone.

We only went to the Bay East Animal Clinic once. It was the day that we realized that we had to put our cat, Shanti, to sleep. She was like our child and had been with us through thick and thin for over 7 years. She was very sick. We were greeted by Kyle, because Mom called him to make the appointment. He took us to a room where Abby took care of Shanti and us. Then Doctor Zellner came in to take care of us, examine Shanti, and help us make this terrible decision. Long story made short: She was put to sleep in our time, with the complete compassion and support of this group of strangers who had never met us before. Later, they contacted us and we were given cards written specifically for us, a paw print of our little girl, and a ton of love and caring. These people care about what they are doing. That sets them head and shoulders above many other vets that we have dealt with. This is their passion, as much as their work. Thank you to all of you and please keep the love for the animals that you have! This was terrible, painful day made better by your caring and for that we will be eternally grateful!
